Tucked into the Selah-Naches Valley just minutes from Yakima, built in 2020, this 1,880 sq ft barndominium farmhouse pairs soaring 29-foot ceilings with panoramic views of Mount Adams, Cleman Mountain, and the snow-capped tip of Mount Rainier.

Meet Melissa ~ Owner, Designer, General Contractor, and Host
Hi, I'm Melissa — the founder, designer, and host behind Melrose Place Ranch.
When I'm not welcoming guests to the ranch, I run M.B. Designs, my Yakima-based Interior Design studio, specializing in whole house transformations, commercial office finishes, and kitchen & bath remodels.
Every detail of the barndominium was designed with intention: the palette, the textures, the flow of the light through magnificent tall windows. I wanted a space that feels like a getaway the moment you walk in — restful, beautiful, and truly comfortable.
My goal is simple: give you a memorable stay in a place you'll want to come back to!
