Tucked into the Selah-Naches Valley just minutes from Yakima, our fully remodeled 1,880 sq ft barndominium farmhouse pairs soaring 29-foot ceilings with panoramic views of Mount Adams, Mount Cleman, and the snow-capped tip of Mount Rainier.
Sip your morning coffee beside the water feature. Spend the afternoon touring Yakima Valley wineries or hiking the Cowiche Canyon. Gather around the fire pit at sunset and watch the sky fill with more stars than you knew existed.

Bedroom 1 — 1 Queen Bed Bedroom 2 — 1 King Bed + 1 Single Bed Bedroom 2 can be configured as two twin XL beds or one California king on request.

Hi, I'm Melissa — the founder, designer, and host behind Melrose Place Ranch.
When I'm not welcoming guests to the ranch, I run M.B. Designs, my Yakima-based interior design studio.
Every detail of the barndominium was designed with intention: the palette, the textures, the flow of the light through those tall windows. I wanted a space that feels like a getaway the moment you walk in — restful, beautiful, and truly comfortable.
My goal is simple: give you a memorable stay in a place you'll want to come back to.
